ZEHIR_V4 is a digital software services platform. All purchases consist of digital service access entitlements (service credits). No physical products are delivered. All transactions on our platform are digitally fulfilled to your account at the time of purchase.
2. Refund-Eligible Scenarios
The following scenarios may be eligible for a refund review:
- Duplicate Payment: Accidental multiple charges for the same transaction
- Technical Failure: Service not delivered due to a technical issue on our platform
- Non-Delivery: Service credits not applied to your account after payment confirmation
- Unused Entitlements: Unconsumed service credits may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis if requested within a reasonable timeframe from the purchase date
3. Non-Refundable Scenarios
- Consumed or used service credits (processing completed)
- Services successfully delivered and activated
- Transactions associated with fraud, abuse, or policy violations
- Chargebacks initiated without first contacting our support team
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund:

- Provide your account email, transaction date, and reason for the request
5. Review Timeline
Refund requests are reviewed within 5-10 business days of receipt. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-14 business days. We may request additional information or documentation during the review process.
6. Chargeback Policy
We strongly discourage initiating chargebacks without first contacting our support team. Chargeback abuse may result in immediate account suspension and restriction of future service access. Please contact us first for any payment disputes — we are always ready to resolve issues quickly and fairly.
